To help ensure your experience at the Dragonfly Music Festival 

is positive we've included this page of frequently asked questions.

Question #1: What time do the gates open at the Dragonfly each day? 

Answer: 3 PM with the festival ending by 10 PM each night 

 

Question #2: What does a “VIP” receive extra with their ticket? 

Answer: Lots of things! Including preferred, reserved VIP seating options at each venue. Also, VIP's receive preferred parking and one meal voucher ($20 valued) and 2 drink tickets ($25 value) per day. VIP's also  get a chance to meet the artists in the Cal Club courtyard and have a private outdoor sitting area. These tickets start at $149 per day or just $349 for all three days! Plus, a VIP Collector's badge! 

 

Question #3: How much is parking? 

Answer: One of the great things about the Dragonfly Music Festival is that parking is FREE!!!! Please note, VIP ticket holders get preferred up close parking.

 

Question #4: Are you still accepting vendors? 

Answer: Yes!!! We are limiting retail vendors to only 10 booths that will be located indoors in the Concert Hall. Vendor rates are $150 per day or $300 for all three days. For more information please email Rexrodeproductions@gmail.com  

 

Question #5: Where will the hiking take place each day?

Answer: We'll be doing 2 de-centralized group hikes at 8 AM on Sept. 11th and 12th in the Escondido area (Daley Ranch (Sat.) & the San Dieguito River Park (Friday.) These hikes are FREE and might even include a few of your favorite musicians! The hikes will range in length from 3-4 miles.  If you are interested in more information please contact: Rexrodeproductions@gmail.com 

 

Question #6: Can I bring a blanket and chair to the festival? 

Answer: Yes! This includes an umbrella too. 

 

Question #7: Can I bring in my own cooler and/or alcohol?

Answer: Unfortunately for liability reasons you can not but we'll have plenty of refreshments and food vendors onsite each day. 

 

Question #8: Are there age restrictions for the festival? 

Answer: No! Everyone is welcome just as long as they're well behaved! 

 

Question #9: Are you still looking for performers or volunteers?

Answer: Although all of the musical acts are booked this year we are still looking for a few volunteers! If interested, please send an email to Rexrodeproductions@gmail.com 

 

Question #10: Are you still looking for sponsors? 

Answer:  Yes! If you are interested in receiving a sponsorship packet please contact Rexrodeproductions@gmail.com

 

Question #11: How many stages will there be at the festival? 

Answer: Great question! There will be 3 including the 1450 seat Concert Hall, the beautiful outdoor Centennial stage, and the Lyric Courtyard stage. 

 

Question #12: When will the exact set times be posted for each performer?

Answer:  We will be announcing this information by August 1st.
